CIA Dry Ice System came from outer space.

The founder Ziggy Atem is a schizophrenic who has spent time in and out of mental hospitals. He claims he is an alien from outer space who is living on earth. The onomatopoeia heard on the track is his alien language.

The co-founder Muneharu Yuba was also suffering from severe schizophrenia, including setting fire to his house due to auditory hallucinations. On October 20, 2012, Muneharu was found dead in his home. The day before his death, he left a short message to his online fan community saying "Goodbye". He was 46 years old.

"B-cycle E-cycle people have existed for a long time without beginning or end. They were able to do everything that is possible outside of the cosmic senses and they were ridiculous about the tiny world of the universe. Spending eternity feeling hellish pain beyond infinity, all it made was a single grain of sugar. This means that they were particular about even a single grain of sugar."
